Are your products safe during pregnancy or lactation?


All Mykveda products are dermatologically tested and formulated with safe, toxin-free ingredients. However, since every pregnancy is unique, we recommend consulting your doctor before introducing any new product.

Are the products unisex?


Yes! Mykveda products are gender-neutral and suitable for all skin types.

What is the shelf life?


Each Mykveda product has a 24-month shelf life from the date of manufacturing. Once opened, please use within 6 months for best results. Our sizes are thoughtfully designed to last approximately 2-3 months depending on use.

How should I store Mykveda products?


Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or excessive heat. Keep lids tightly closed to maintain freshness.

Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?


Yes — Mykveda is formulated keeping Indian skin types in mind. However, if you have very sensitive skin, we recommend performing a patch test before full use.

How can I do a patch test?

  1. Apply a small amount on your inner arm or behind your ear.
  2. Leave it for 24 hours without washing.
  3. If redness, itching, or irritation occurs — rinse immediately and avoid using the product.
  4. If no reaction occurs, you’re good to go!

How can I view the full ingredient list?

What if the product doesn’t suit me?

Is there any referral points or discount? 

Yes, at Mykvēda, we love to reward you for sharing our products with your friends! When you refer someone using your unique referral link, your friend will receive a 20% discount on their first order, and once their purchase is completed, you’ll get a 30% discount for your next order. There’s no limit to how many friends you can refer — the more you share, the more you save! Referral discounts can’t be combined with other offers, and Mykvēda reserves the right to change or end the program at any time.

ORDER & SHIPPING

How do I place an order?


Visit our official website: www.mykveda.com. Choose your products, add them to the cart, and follow the secure checkout process.

What is your cancellation policy?


You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, or before it’s dispatched — whichever comes first. To cancel, email us at support@mykveda.com with your order details. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled due to hygiene reasons.

Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?


Yes — as long as your order has not reached the Ready-to-Ship stage. Please contact our Customer Support as soon as possible.

I received a damaged product — what should I do?


Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A clear photo or video of the damaged product.
  • Batch number (near the MRP).
    Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

I received a wrong or missing product!
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • An unboxing video (recommended)
  • A photo of the invoice and packaging
    Our team will ensure a quick resolution or replacement.

My order shows “Delivered,” but I haven’t received it.
Report this within 48 hours of the delivery update. Our support team will coordinate with logistics partners to resolve it.

Payment Options


We offer multiple secure payment methods: UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

My payment went through, but my order isn’t confirmed.
Please email us at support@mykveda.com with your payment reference or screenshot. We’ll verify and confirm your order right away.

How long does delivery take?


We usually deliver within 5–7 working days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer. During festive seasons or special sales, please allow extra time.

Can I get express delivery?


Contact our support team for express handling of prepaid orders. We’ll coordinate with logistics partners to expedite shipping wherever possible.
